Menopause Transitions Mode: What You Can Learn About Your Body
Define Your Menopause Transitions Stage
The Menopause Transitions Mode in the Mira App allows you to define your Menopause Transitions Stage and see how it changes over time.
This is made possible with the Mira Ovum Wands, which allow you to test for follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) – a hormone that provides insight into ovarian functioning, ovarian reserve, and reproductive aging.
When tested consistently for two months, you’ll be able to identify your Menopause Transitions Stage:
- Late reproductive age
- Early menopause transition
- Late menopause transition
- Menopause
- Postmenopause
You’ll also receive personalized recommendations from us based on your unique data and transition stage.
Check If You’re Ovulating
Ovulation can become very unpredictable during the transition to menopause. With the Menopause Transitions Mode, you can clearly monitor when (and if) you’re ovulating by using the Mira Fertility Max Wands to track LH, E3G, and PdG.
With regular tracking, you’ll be able to visualize how your cycle and hormones are changing, so that you never feel lost along your menopause journey.
Make Sense of Your Symptoms
From hot flashes and mood swings to irregular periods and vaginal dryness – the transition to menopause can feel so chaotic. With the Menopause Transitions Mode, you can log your symptoms and their severity. Regular symptom tracking boosts the accuracy of Mira’s algorithm, helping you better understand what’s going on inside your body.
Receive a Comprehensive Report
After 2 months of testing, you’ll receive a comprehensive hormone report containing:
- Your menopause stage description
- Hormone analysis
- Tailored lifestyle recommendations on sleep, sport, nutrition, and sexual health
- Key points to discuss with your doctor
By arming yourself with data about your body, you can feel empowered to advocate for your reproductive health at your next medical appointment.
